• Banns: Published April - May 1775, 1775, Broadmayne, Dorset, England. 1723 Both of "this parish."

bullet  Marriage Notes:

There are possibly other children of this marriage: Anne baptised 15 April 1776. Christian Spicer baptised 18 April 1779, Catherine Spicer baptised 26 Sept 1787, Margaret Spicer baptised 15 July 1787 but parents are not identified. Also may have been another John Spicer who died young in 1785. The registers are confusing in that baptisms and burials appear to be somewhat mixed.

Christian Spicer likely the son of John Spicer. There is a burial for "Christian Spicer wife [sic] of John Spicer.....2." in Puddleton. Parents names are not on the baptism record in Broadmayne in 1779.

Dorset OPC for Broadmayne has a marriage 5 June 1775 for Walter and Mary, Witnesses Elizabeth Butter and William Taylor. Dorset OPC does not have that marriage.
