Find a Grave ID: 9954. Research Notes: National Biography dictionary states that he died while on a visit to his nephew, also named William Warham. William Warham, the nephew, was Archdeacon of Canterbury from about 1505 to his uncle's death in 1532 whereupon he resigned and died in 1557. (See Wikipedia article.)
