Very likely the Mary Talbot who married David Phippard of Fordington by license on 10 June 1761 in Broadmayne. The witnesses were Wm Taylor and John Sherrin. She would have been, however, 40 years old at this date.
That same year a David Phippard was licensed to operate an alehouse in Fordington:
