bullet  General Notes:

According to his daughter, Lena, he managed East Farm in Affpuddle following the death of his father-in-law in 1903. East Farm, which was acquired by James Frampton I in 1736, remained in the Frampton Estate until 1914, when it was part of a sale of part of the Estate to Ernest Debenham for 49,500.

Frederic evidently moved to Swanage following the sale, for the death records of his sons who died in WWI indicate such.
