Has her parents as Joseph and Elizabeth Mary Woods and married to John Ross Ludlow in 8 Mar 1779 with no children in FS.
Marriage source is good, but it conflicts with marriage to Jacob Tremble. Which is which? I submit that this record is correct given the Rev War pension application.
Birth year is questionable since it could be 1737, but in her father's will she is named as one of the youngest daughters, Abigail and Phebe.

• residence: census, 3rd down, lives next to Moses Tremble and William B Fordyce, 1840, Turtlecreek Township, Warren, Ohio, United States. ¹³⁶¹

Phoebe married Jacob Tremble 2 Jul 1775 in Spanktown, NJ ¹³⁵⁸.^,1359 (Jacob Tremble was born 1 Feb 1753 ¹³⁵⁸ and died 31 May 1819 in Warren Co., OH ^1358,1362.)
