General Notes: 6 Feb 1654: New Haven Court: "Edward Potter appeared and declared his willingness to resigne the house and land wich was his wives former husbands into the hands of John Potter, the sonn of the said John Potter deceased, who is now at age." The court instructs him to "keepe the house and fences in good repaire..." and appoints two men to "view & consider the house and fences, how they are..." p229 731 |
