According to FaG she was the wife of John P. Cooper who she is buried next to in a Baptist cemetery, all of which is questionable.
The only information around on this couple is that they are buried next to each other in the Baptist Cemetery in Salem, Salem County, NJ.
This information is from interment.net via Find-a-Grave and I find it very doubtful.
In the same cemetery is a Josiah Cooper who died in 1830 at age 29 and the tombstone says he was the son of John and Sarah Cooper - the dates are all off.

• Named in will: : Mother's will, 27 Apr 1735, Bucks Co., PA. Somewhat questionable as to Sarah's death date and place. Certainly she married John Cooper, but is he the same John Cooper in New Jersey and if so, and if that is his wife then she died about the same time as her mother. More research into Cooper needed, including the marriage in original records.

Sarah married John P. Cooper 2 Apr 1734 ²¹⁹³.^,2194 (John P. Cooper was born in 1709 ²³⁰.)
