bullet  General Notes:

According to his daughter, Lena, he managed East Farm in Affpuddle following the death of his father-in-law in 1903. East Farm, which was acquired by James Frampton I in 1736, remained in the Frampton Estate until 1914, when it was part of a sale of part of the Estate to Ernest Debenham for £49,500.

Frederic evidently moved to Swanage following the sale, for the death records of his sons who died in WWI indicate such.
