2/6/1995 : Peter A Ham has duplicate parents in this database. See the Research Notes.

The origins of the Mott/Ham friendship occur with Peter Ham, who with his wife Margaret, lived on a farm at Burnt Hills, Saratoga Co., NY. In about 1849 they became neighbors to Mayhew Daggett Mott and his family, who moved there from Troy. Peter and Margaret removed to the Town of Vinland, Winnebago Co., sometime in the early 1850's, followed in 1853 by Mayhew Daggett Mott. Margaret's neice, Harriet Lavinia Porter, married Mayhew's son Wesley.

Information that Andrew P. married Magdelena Ham from Warren Ham of Rockport, TX although there is no indication of who her parents were, and her dates here do not conform to the Magdelana who was the d/o Johan Conrad, who Warren Ham has married to another - Christian Ringelke, in any case.
This conflicts with 'Aunt Libbie's" recollection that Magdelana, d/o Johan Conrad, married Andrew Ham.
Questions:
1. is the marriage record that Warren Ham gives from Magdelana and Christian Ringelke correct?
2. Who were the parents of the Magdelana Hamm, b.circa 1780, who Warren Ham asserts married Andrew P Ham.
