His sons, John, Joseph and Walter married sisters, daughters of Benjamin Mason of Fairhill.
"Henry Comly, Jr., did not settle on the 300 acre Warminster estate left to him by his father although he still retained possession of it. (He willed half of it to his son Robert.) He obtained, through his father-in-law, Robert Heaton, and his brother-in-law, Robert Heaton, Jr., two tracts of land comprising a total of about 900 acres of the manor of Moreland, in Philadelphia County, situated on what is now [1939] the Tomlinson Road."

Henry married Agnes Heaton, daughter of Robert Heaton and Alice, 17 Aug 1695 in Langhorne Borough, Bucks Co., PA.²¹⁵⁰ (Agnes Heaton was born 18 Nov 1677 in Settle, Yorkshire, England,²¹⁵⁸ died 30 Oct 1743 in Moreland Twp., PA and was buried in Jenkintown, Montgomery Co., PA.)

  Marriage Notes:

The family in the Comly book has eleven children. The record of the family in the Abington MM shows only nine children. Not in the Abington minutes is Joseph or Walter. They are named in the wills however. ²¹⁵⁹
