Place and date of death have no source other than a family tree in Ancestry.com which gives no source.
It says Burlington, Bradford County, PA. In 1758, the supposed year of his death, Burlington was in Northampton County.
Burlington is some 50 miles north of Catawissa, and a 100 miles west of Middletown, PA
