There is another Thomas Spicer baptised about the same time in Bishop's Caundle to Henry and Judith Spicer, but determined that his parents were Richard and Catherine based on the names given as brothers and sisters in Thomas' will written in 1761.
Richard married Catherine est 1697. (Catherine died in 1721 and was buried 14 Jun 1721 in Upper Cerne, Dorset, England 1771.)
Richard next married Mary Watts 9 Sep 1722 in Woodsford, Dorset, England.1767 (Mary Watts was born in 1700 in Stalbridge, Dorset, England and was buried 11 Nov 1750 in Upper Cerne, Dorset, England 1772.)
