Children _ Robert, Benjamin, Sussannah and Elizabeth all under age; legacy to Joseph, son of Isaak and Sussannah Mariott of Burlington. Real and personal estate. Executors - brother Nathan Allen and brother-in-law Isaak Meriott...Father Jedidiah Allen is requested to cast a fatherly eye upon the children. Witnesses (3). Proved December 17, 1704, according to original in Burlington Wills. Proved January 17, 1704-5 according to Lib I, p. 94."
