Thomas married Sarah Stanley 21 Mar 1722/23. (Sarah Stanley was born in 1694,⁸⁰⁸ died 30 Aug 1728 in Attleboro, Bristol Co., MA ^875,889 and was buried in Old Hatch Grave Yard, Attleborough, MA ⁸⁰⁸.)

Thomas next married Elizabeth Blake, daughter of Jonathan Blake and Elizabeth Candage, 29 Jan 1728/29 in Wrentham, Suffolk, Massachusetts ⁷⁵⁷.^,890 (Elizabeth Blake was born in 1705 in Boston, Mass. and died 14 Aug 1790 in Attleboro, Bristol Co., MA.)
