1655: moved to Milford.
1659: moved to Boston, retaining the house in New Haven, until 1665, when he sold it to his brother David.
His descendants in the male line became extinct after several generations, and hence the subject of Francis Atwater's 'History' is the genealogy of the David Atwater line. Atwater indicates that there are other sons and daughters of record, but since the male line dies out, he does not seem to be concerned with them. 820
