(Johnstown is now called Livingston P.O. in the Town of Livingston, Columbia County, NY.)

- David Martin: "Because of the date of marriage and the recorde birth of his brother Conrad in 1726, I doubt very much if Hendrick Ham qas born that year, but feel he was born several years earlier, say 1716."
