[Doubtful] Warren Hamm has his marriage date as 7 Jan, 1805 in Schodack, which is more reasonable. This is reasonable, but again brought into question by the biography of his wife - see notes on his wife Elizabeth. 21 Feb 1835: Will - proved 24 April 1835: He wills only to his wife, and to his nephew, Peter A. Ham, his real estate subject to the provisions of his wife Elizabeth. Peter A Ham and Isaac Ham of the town of Schodack executors. His estate file lists his heirs with information concerning his brothers and sisters.   Noted events in his life were: • He signed a will on 12 Feb 1835 in Schodack, Rensselaer Co., NY. 3 Names his nephew Peter A. Ham executor and leaves all his estate to his wife Elizabeth. He does not name legal heirs other than his wife. Coenrad married Elizabeth DU BOIS, daughter of Cornelius DU BOIS and Charity GRIFFIN, on 7 Jan 1835 in Schodack, NY. (Elizabeth DU BOIS was born on 23 Oct 1784 and died on 1 Mar 1862.)

2 Ham, Conrad C. & Peter A. Ham, his nephew, Will of Conrad C. Hamm and Depositions by Peter A. Hamm (1835-7 File of Surrogate Court of Rensselaer County, NY), Deposition of Peter A. Ham on 2 February 1837. "..And this deponent further says that the above named persons + Polly Smith wife of Michael T. Smith + Catherine Best sisters of the deceased. Elizabeth Dubois wife of Jonathan Dubois + a sister of the deceased. Frederick Smith , Chistina Salisbury wife of John Salisbury + children of Rachel Smith deceased, Anna Snyder wife of Peter Snyder + sisters of Conrad C Ham deceased + Conrad Ham Christina Ham children of Magdalena Ham deceased together with this deponent and the only next of kin of the deceased among whom the personal property of the deceased (?) by law if distrubuted if the said Conrad C Ham had died intestate + further did not."(File incudes the will and several depositions by Peter A. Ham that he has given copies of the will to legal heirs. The will names as co-executor, Issac Ham, but does not give his relationship.)
