Helen, as she was known, evidently married Francis Besold in 1916 and had a child by him, Helen F. Besold. She was young and the marriage evidently disoloved. The adopted child, Helen, born 1917, was adopted by Harold when he married Anna Helen in 1921 and was likely her daughter by her first wife. (Deductions from census record (1920 for Francis Besold in Wyoming) and marriage record of 1916.)
She is not mentioned in her father's 1931 obituary while her sisters, Rachel and Mabel are.
